 InfoWorld (print publication), a weekly computer news magazine, San Mateo, Calif.  Managed all news operations, oversaw and mentored staff of 24 writers and editors. Managed and performed all phases of editing process for feature stories and news.

Opinions Editor: InfoWorld. Managed and edited ten columnists; created InfoWorld reader advisory board and managed its events.

1982-1995

Executive Editor: Micro MarketWorld magazine. Managed staff of ten and handled all phases of editing.

Free-lance Writing and Editing:  Managed free-lance writing, editing and public relations business, writing promotional and editorial materials for International Data Group, VARBusiness magazine, Design News, Digital News, and others.

Editor: Comdex Show Daily. Managed staff of six and produced five daily newspapers twice yearly for largest computer expo in country.

 

1975-1982

Reporter and staff writer: St. Louis Globe-Democrat, St. Louis, Mo. Wrote news (general assignment) and features; extensively covered state and federal courts.  Handled all phases of editing for Living section, including layout, line-editing and proofing.
